Product(s) purchased online from certezamed.com may be exchanged within 5 days of delivery. Please ensure that the product is unused, in its original packaging, and accompanied by the purchase invoice and courier/shipment receipt attached to the parcel envelope.
Products purchased on sale or promotional offers are not eligible for exchange unless the item has a manufacturing defect or was delivered damaged.
To request an exchange or report a defective item, please contact our customer support team by emailing product images and order details to info@certezamed.com or by contacting us through our official social media pages within 5 days of receiving the order.
Customers will be required to return the defective product(s) for inspection. Once reviewed by our team, we may offer:
Exchange with the same product, or
Exchange with another product of equal value
CertezaMed follows a strict No Refund Policy. However, refunds may be considered in exceptional cases such as:
Product being out of stock after payment
Verified manufacturing fault or damage
Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
Approved refunds may take up to 14 working days to process.
Orders may be canceled at any time before they are processed and shipped.
Once the order has been dispatched, the Returns & Exchange Policy will apply.
CertezaMed reserves the right to cancel orders under the following circumstances:
Product is out of stock
Online payment is declined by the bank or payment provider
Suspected fraudulent activity or incorrect order details
Products purchased during sales or promotional campaigns are not eligible for refund.
Promotional items may only be exchanged at the same discounted purchase value.
Sale items cannot be exchanged unless they are defective or incorrectly delivered.
Complaints regarding defective products must be reported within 48 hours of receiving the order.
To submit a complaint, customers must provide:

Clear photos of the defective product(s)
Photo of the parcel with the courier/shipment receipt visible on the package envelope
